Commercial Terms
- 01
VAT & Tax
All pricing exclusive of 13% VAT, applied per prevailing Nepali law. TDS may be deducted at source.
- 02
Ad-Boost Credit
Included credit covers Meta / Google spend up to stated amount. Additional spend billed at cost + 13% currency-conversion charge.
- 03
Minimum Commitment
Retainers require a 6-month commitment. Month-to-month available after the initial term at 15% premium.
- 04
Payment
Retainer: 50% advance start of month, 50% on month-end. Net 14 days. Projects: 50% advance, 50% on delivery.
- 05
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum term.
- 06
Ownership
All work product transferred to client upon full payment. Boosted posts beyond included credit billed separately.
